Understand the asking price
Ask the seller or landlord about the price, additional costs and what the ad includes. For rentals, clarify the rental period, payment arrangements and whether the unit is furnished. An asking price does not establish the value of a completed transaction.
Before viewing
Request recent photos and a clear description of the floor, utilities and finish. Confirm the appointment, who you will meet and their connection to the property. Share the appointment details with someone you trust.
During viewing and before agreeing
Compare the property with its photos and advertised size. Check ventilation, light, water, electricity and visible damage. Request relevant documents and have an independent professional review them before signing or paying. A Bikyaa ad is not proof of ownership or a guarantee of the property.
